After marathon negotiations, a deal has been reached at COP28 in Dubai. The new agreement will enforce a ‘transition away’ from fossil fuels. But, some nations still think this doesn’t go far enough – urging to remove, not reduce, the use of fossil fuels. So, was this a fair COP?
