This week, we take a look through the seemingly incomplete police report again- this time, using all of the knowledge we've gained in the last year with the help of various law enforcement experts. It's hard to believe that this law enforcement team took so little care when completing a report that included a fatality of a teen. Grant Solomon deserved better.
