Vera Wylde and Jessie Gender take up residence in the Village wherein can be found "The Prisoner."  Episode 15, The Girl Who was Death - #6 gets his latest assignment to stop the mad scientist Dr. Schnipps before he completes his rocket that will destroy all of London, but there's a mysterious woman on his tail unleashing increasingly elaborate death traps.
