Days would pass before the hotel staff eventually checked the room after not seeing the Romers leave for a period of days, only to find that all of the belongings had been left but the couple was gone. Even stranger, their car was also missing from the parking lot and has only been seen by roughly three credible witnesses around town before vanishing completely.
