1. The Disappearance of Brookelyn Farthing

Brookelyn Farthing was 18 years old and had just graduated high school when she disappeared from a house in Berea, Kentucky. She was last seen leaving a party after being offered a ride home from an older acquaintance, who her ex-boyfriend had been friends with. Throughout the night, Brookelyn sent a string of alarming text messages to her ex-boyfriend, indicating that she was scared and needed someone to pick her up. The following morning, the man Brookelyn had gotten a ride from the night before called the fire department to his house for a fire that had broken out in his living room. But Brookelyn was nowhere to be found. Her belongings had been left inside the house, and the man blamed her for the fire.
