Jack Smith Accused of Grand Jury Trick to Indict Trump
Crossroads with Joshua Philipp - A podcast by The Epoch Times

Categories:
Special counsel Jack Smith has a trick up his sleeve, and this could allow him to continue rolling out indictments against former President Donald Trump. Under normal circumstances, when a case moves forward and a grand jury is formed, the grand jury is made where the alleged crime happened. But not with Mr. Smith. He’s being accused of forming a grand jury in Washington, which is then bringing charges in different states. After bringing charges, it then continues to investigate President Trump, and can keep bringing charges elsewhere. In other news, Elon Musk has launched a legal operation through X, formerly known as Twitter, to defend people’s free speech on the platform. Mr. Musk is asking users to bring any cases where they’ve been punished for content they’ve posted or liked on X. In this episode of Crossroads, we’ll discuss these stories and others, and answer questions from the audience. ⭕️ 🇺🇸Josh's Special Offer👉 https://ept.ms/JoshSpeicalOffer ⭕️ Support our fight for the truth👉 https://donorbox.org/crossroads
