#020 Kevin Shaw – Crypto Mining Tools Podcast

On this episode, we will interview Kevin Shaw of Omega Power Solutions. Kevin has worked for the State of California and has 17 years of experience in the tax & accounting field. He will share how he got started in his crypto mining journey two years ago looking for power at 5 cents per kWh for $250k per MW up front to now sourcing power at 4 cents per kWh for half the capex requirement. Like a true weekend warrior, around 9 months ago he started to work on a specific location in Georgia, USA. Working on the project only 1 day per week up to this point, he is now close to finalizing the power contract and might be up and running within 2 months after signing.
