Sabrina Woodworth PEng. is the Founder and Author of Work Lessons 101 and Area Project Manager for Fluor Corporation. She has worked on numerous size projects, ranging from small sustaining capital projects to multi-billion dollar projects. In today's episode of Cyber Security Matters, Sabrina shares with Christian & Dominic from her experiences that have culminated into her book: 'Work Lessons 101'. This book is the 'how-to corporate survival handbook'. It targets career development to aspiring professionals transitioning to the work environment from college and prepares young professionals for their post-academic life, helping them avoid making rookie mistakes. Throughout Sabrina's career, she recorded her experiences and observations of the corporate environment including her failures, mistakes, and successes. Sabrina began to reflect on what she had learned through her career progression and began a list of the critical work lessons. Several of these lessons Sabrina learned the hard way as well as through watching her peers make the same blunders. These lessons are what Sabrina now shares in this episode. --- Cyber Security Matters is a partnered program of Conversations That Matter.
