A Father's Fight with Chris Clay

Chris Clay of Texas has been fighting a battle that until this point we have never heard. Chris has a daughter whose mom tragically died while having a live in boyfriend of 11 months. Chris had 50/50 custody and half of the time with his daughter while the mom was alive, so upon death custody should be awarded to the father correct? Not exactly.....
