In-person Isn't Going Anywhere

Attending my first in-person event since the start of the pandemic, I am struck by how much better it is than a virtual conference. It isn't just the Zoom burnout that I was already feeling. There is something about meeting people in person. A natural, organic formation of dynamic groups exchanging ideas in real time.
