Do you want to create content?  In this week's episode, I'm joined by RGL Filmhouse who has pioneered the fitness industry with content creation. He's worked with the likes of Gymshark, Vanquish, Ryderwear and many of the industry leaders in supplements and clothing. He also filmed the likes of Paige Hathaway, Joey Swoll, Steve Cook and Ryan Terry. His portfolio is literally a who's who of the fitness industry. More recently Gus has moved over into helping others become the best videographers they can by coaching them on the ways of business and becoming the mentor he wished he had back when he began.  Of course, we take some pretty interesting tangents and detours as we meander through the years.
