Behind the Scenes with Ballast Point Production

Take a look behind the scenes with a couple of members of our production crew on this week’s episode. We chat with our production supervisor Alex about his journey from working at the post office, to becoming a Ballast Point customer to ultimately landing his first job with us. Our operations manager, Sean, tells us about his experience as a Ballast Point OG, his stories of helping the construction crew during the building of our Miramar facility, and what it was like to see Miramar grow from the ground up. Both Alex and Sean share in their dedication to the craft. The production process can come with its challenges, but quality is never taken lightly. Our production crew works hand in hand with countless other departments to ensure our beer looks, tastes and smells like it should so that we’re always sending out the best product possible.
