PREMIERE: Laura BCR & Forest On Stasys - 5 Elements [SoHaSo]

Today’s Delayed premiere comes from quite a few of our favorite people and it’s a joy to see their names together on a release. On Board Music label head, Laura BCR is debuting her wonderfully deep and nuanced sounds with SoHaSo. Her taste is impeccable, and it’s no surprise to see this release come to light under the Dutch label. Between her Rinse.fm radio show, compiling tracks for ‘The Meaning Of Time’ series, releasing DJ mixes, and production, it’s amazing to see the quality and attention to detail that never wavers. 5 Elements is the third of the five-track ‘Initial’ EP and a collaboration with the Buenos Aires-based Forest On Stasys. Signature off-kilter drums throughout the track provide a stark natural contrast to the wide-ranging synths and pads that give off a sense of foreboding, a calm before the storm to come.
