Dentistry is a profession that requires lifelong learning. This is a concept that was drilled into my mind while I was in dental school. This week on the DFFD podcast I share my interview with Dr. Darwin Hayes, DDS, who is both the Program Director for the Bronx Lebanon GPR program and The New Dentist Coach. Our talk was primarily focused on 1-year residency programs after the traditional 4-year degree program. However, we dabbled into lots of other topics including, confidence, tuition, organized dentistry, autonomy in decision making and treatment planning, to name a few! Enjoy!
