Ep. 13: Dr. Rebeca Ortiz Worthington

Well hello there everyone, it has been a little while! Sorry for our 2 week absence, it has been quite the couple of weeks but we are very excited to bring you episode 13. This week we are joined by the incredible Rebeca Ortiz Worthington, an Internal Medicine and Women's Health specialist currently based in Pittsburgh doing an Academic Clinician-Educator Scholars Fellowship, Women’s Health Track at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. This is the first of two episodes with Rebeca, in this episode we talk about her story of becoming a Dr. Mama, and in episode 14 we will have a discussion based on her academic paper entitled 'Supporting New Physicians and New Parents: A Call to Create a Standard Parental Leave Policy for Residents'.
