I spent a long time thinking about what my second episode would be about. I got so much great feedback from you guys regarding my first one and wonderful questions so I’m excited because I have a lot of things to share over the next few episodes. Today I talk about stepping outside your comfort zone. Routines can be stable and comforting, but they can also turn out to be confining over time. Your comfort zone is a behavioral space where your activities and behaviors fit a routine and pattern that minimizes stress and risk. The trouble is leaving it can be scary because it means an increased risk. This causes many of us to operate out of fear and it turn attempt to stay in comfort zone at all costs.
