I got a question this morning about how I am able to consistently create and put out content. While I could give you a million different strategies the game changer for me was truly watching what I consume. What you take in will reflect what you put out. This means when you're watching low vibe shows, listening to low vibe music and surrounding yourself with negative people your output, or lack thereof, will reflect that. But with the same token when you change what you're consuming you will change what you put out! 1. Create consistently- the more you make a routine of it, the more it becomes a natural habit. So plan a time when you will be most productive and make it your norm. 2. Be open to inspiration- inspiration can come from anywhere, but we often spend so much time trying to force ourselves to find it that we miss it 3. Take a break- the more time we give ourselves to be still, is the more time we can tune into what our intuition is telling us. 4. Talk to your audience- getting feedback from those who you are working with the more awareness you can have in how you will be able to support them. 5. Let go of the idea that it has to be perfect. Trying to be perfect is a surefire way to self sabotage, overthink and in turn throw in the proverbial towel. Give yourself room to create and edit and adjust later. 6. Watch what you take in- What you take in (listen to, watch, the environment you're in and the people you're around) has a much greater impact on you that you can imagine. Be cognizant of this and make shifts when necessary. All in all creating content does not have to be complex. We often like to overcomplicate it, but now you have the tools to get your creative juices flowing. So give it a go! Your future self will thank you for it!
