S. 1 E. 8 "Types of Dreams (and Dreams' Suggestibility)"
Dream On: Lucid Dreaming and Sleep - A podcast by Jennifer

Categories:
In this episode, I explain and define some terms I came up with to help categorize and understand types of dreams, and then rant about how no one can ever find any information on Lucid Dreaming. I also touch on what I'll cover in the next episode and talk about the inspiring fact that we're simultaneously our own Worst Enemy and Best Friend in our dreams and nightmares, which should be encouraging! Dream Types (Just so you can see what I said): Spectator/Director Dreams - You are watching the dream like a movie and possibly commenting on it and directing its plotline, consciously or unconsciously (due to dreams’ suggestibility). Protagonist Dreams - You are experiencing the dream in first person, as yourself, changing the dream’s plotline through your actions. Theatrical Dreams - You are experiencing the dream in first person, but you aren’t yourself, you’re someone else, changing the dream’s plotline through your actions.
