Advent Season...F**k Resilience

Are we maybe being TOO resilient? Do we need to be SOOOO resilient?   Could we maybe NOT BE RESILIENT?   Ok, this is a rant. I admit. Here I talk/rant about the possible overuse of the word resilience and consider if we were kinder to one another would we need SO MUCH resilience.   We end with a less ranty robustness rituals list :)
