Lets stop this craziness of burnout! Lets stop this busyness status symbol!! Lets JUST STOP!   As a medal winner in burnout and stress I am delving deep into conversations with people about this illness/pandemic of stress. And its affecting a LOT of people.   This is by no means a deep dive in this podcast but more of a perfectly formed plea (read: rant) for us to take a break.
