Positive Resection Margins in Colon Cancer

Expert: Ramon Andrade Bezerra de Mello, Sao Paulo, Brazil Questions: 1-Stage 3 colon cancer did operation and competed adj chemo (capeox) . after 1 year developed single lung lesion, resection done but the margin was positive!, radiotherapy could not  be given due  to unmarking of resection site, we gave her same adj chemo, after 4 month from completion if chemo developed wide spread dz in lung an live! 2-Stage 3 colon cancer, emergency operating done due to obstruction , resection margin positive! re operation could not be done because she developed lots of post op complications ( leak), we gave her adj chemo! 3-In positive resection margins, should we manage as stage 4? 4-Stage 3 gastric cancer, received 4 cycle per op FLOT, during operation small single live lesion was detected, which was resected too, negative margin, and pathologically proved to be met, shall we manage as stage 4 or complete the 4 FLOT?
