She started out as a school psychologist, worked in school administrations, and branched off into her own private practice where she works as an advocate for students with special needs. She also does assessments including ADHD, dyslexia, and more. Keeping her energy aligned to her vision is very important to her, so she builds relationships that will provide her with honest feedback and takes care of her health! Melissa finds that she respects and admires people who are willing to push the limits, do things differently, and go against the culture. Because of this, she was able to attract mentors into her life whose visions aligned with her own.
