Bitter Made Sweet

Sermon text: Exodus 15:22–27 Main idea: Cry out to the only God who can put bitter water to good use. Discussion questions: What is grumbling? How did Israel commit that sin by asking, "What shall we drink?" Why does Israel not get a "pass" on their grumbling because of the dire circumstances they were facing? What were the three graces God gave Israel in response to their grumbling? How do those graces point to the gospel? Why did God let Israel go 3 days without water only to lead them directly to water too bitter to drink? What dry and weary paths has God taken you on? What "bitter waters" has He led you to?
