As we are coming into the winter months and in the throws of #lockdown2 it’s easy to feel stuck between a rock and a hard place or feel emotions of unsurety that can even lead to depression. Do not let your mind get the better of you. You have control over your thoughts. Your mind, just like anything else, can be trained to think positively and develop a growth mindset. A growth mindset means that whatever failures or negative situations that happen in your life, career or business, you grow and learn from them. Your subconscious mind is extremely powerful and feeds your conscious mind. So if you feed your mind with negative thoughts or listen and read negative things such as listening to people talk negatively, listen to the news, read the paper etc you are simply programming your mind to think and act negatively. It’s very easy to overcome this but it does take a bit of time, little effort and some patience. You can simply listen to a positive hypnosis recording while you sleep. Listening every night for 30 + days will train the subconscious mind to believe the positive statements and affirmations. Ridding yourself of toxic people, changing your lifestyle, bettering your diet are all contributing factors that lead to positive change in your life and work. You can even record your own positive affirmations in your phone and play them throughout the day or while you sleep. It might seem like a fancy fly idea that’s to simple to work but it IS that simple. It’s scientifically proven.
