48. On Language by Type

In this episode, Sarajane is expanding on a recent post she made on the Enneagram and Coffee Instagram feed regarding the words we use to describe our experience. When we find ourselves in patterns of behavior, we can often find patterns in our language that correlate.  The way we speak to ourselves impacts our worldview as well as our growth work in the enneagram.
