Behind the Curtain: Changes are Coming

In the 72nd episode of Enneagram & Coffee, host Sarajane Case will officially end season 1 of this series. She will talk about her big announcements including changes in January 2021 on her podcast and instagram accounts.  Episode Highlights:  Sarajane talks about her traumatic experience, which made everything vividly clear of what she really wanted and needed.  Sarajane announces changes to her podcast essentially, ending season 1 of the enneagram to move on to the new phase of the podcast. Sarajane will take a break this holiday season to focus on her vlogs on youtube.  Sarajane announces that starting January, the podcast will be every morning to start a day on a positive note.  Sarajane talks about the daily schedule of her podcast in January.  Every Monday is about thought practice. Every Tuesday is time management, productivity, and self-care tips. Wednesday is Q and A portion from listeners. Thursday is the regular Enneagram program.  Friday will be an interview with a guest. Sarajane's name will be the new name of Enneagram and Coffee on Instagram.  Sarajane said that changing her Instagram name will allow her to talk more about the importance of choosing your time intentionally.  Sarajane said she felt like hiding behind Enneagram and Coffee, not like a person but an entity.  Sarajane plans to combine her two Instagram accounts to create one community online.  She anticipates a mass exodus of followers in January and then the rebuilding of a new content. 3 Key Points: Season 1 of Enneagram and Coffee will end this month.
