🇫🇷Cette semaine Entre-Elles reçoit Frédérique Ekra ou Freeda comme tout le monde l'appelle. Freeda est la Fondatrice de Freed'Art Agency à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire. Précédemment Chef de Mission dans une agence de notation financière, Freeda est diplômée d'un Bachelor en Gestion de IIHEM au Maroc et d'un MBA de l'Université de Ballarat en Malaisie.Freeda est à l'origine des Ateliers Parents-Enfants de Freeda, lancés en Décembre 2016, initialement dans le but de passer plus de temps qualitatif avec son fils. Le succès est immédiat et ses événements attirent rapidement de nombreuses familles ainsi que des parrainages d'entreprises. Ces ateliers ont une vocation éducative mais visent également à valoriser le patrimoine culturel africain et à consolider les liens entre parents et enfants par le biais d'activités ludiques. En 2018, Freeda finit par quitter son poste dans la finance pour lancer Freed'Art Agency, une agence d'organisation d'événements créatifs allant de l'organisation de mariages et d'événements privés aux événements d'entreprises. Freeda is the Founder of Freed'art Agency in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. A former Deputy Head of Mission at a Ratings agency, Freeda holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from IIHEM in Morocco and an MBA from University of Ballarat in Malaysia. In December 2016, while working a highly demanding job in finance Freeda launched Freeda's creative workshops for parents and children, originally to spend more quality time with her own son. The initiative quickly took off, attracting many families but also significant corporate sponsorships. Freeda's workshops aim to provide an opportunity for both parents and children to interact while at the same time promoting the African cultural heritage to the younger generation.In 2018, Freeda quit her job in finance to launch Freed'Art Agency, an agency that specialises in organising bespoke creative events, from private and corporate events to weddings. Freeda tells us about her childhood, growing up around the world, launching her creative workshops, her values, starting her own business and her new life as an entrepreneur.
