Erin Burnett OutFront - A podcast by CNN

President Joe Biden has vowed revenge for the 13 service members that were killed at Kabul's airport saying, "We will not forgive. We will not forget. We will hunt you down and make you pay." Biden holds a moment of silence and call the service members that were killed "heroes." 18 service members were wounded in the Kabul attack. Biden has told his commanders "to attack Isis-K assets." Biden still believes that United States forces should be out by August 31st. Biden also says that United States getting Afghan allies out of Afghanistan "can't be guaranteed." The Pentagon says that roughly 1,000 Americans are still in Afghanistan.  Isis-K claims it committed the deadly blasts that Biden is vowing retaliation for. According to Biden, there is no evidence of a Taliban-Isis "collusion" in the airport attack.  The Pentagon is expecting more Isis-K attacks and is striving to prevent future attacks. According to a United States General, the United States is facing an "imminent and" "very real threat streams" in Afghanistan; attacks vis rocket, vehicle and suicide.  Biden says he bears responsibility for what has happened, but pins blame on former President Donald Trump for giving him no choice.  To learn more about how CNN protects listener privacy, visit cnn.com/privacy Learn more about your ad choices.
