Frustrations are mounting as vaccinations stall and hospitalizations spike. A report says Iowa warns that thousands of vaccines may have to be tossed. Governors are frustrated over stalling vaccinations as more than a third of United States counties have a high transmission.  Alabama covid cases have doubled in a week. The Alabama governor GOP governor says that "it's time to start blaming the unvaccinated folks... [they're] letting us down." The pace of Americans becoming fully vaccinated hits a new low.  New Capitol Police Chief says that "courage" is on display when speaking about Jan 6 committee. The police chief talks about Trump and republicans downplaying the January riot by saying "I know what the men and women of this agency went through."  Jan 6 riot panel hears its first witnesses on Tuesday. Pelosi looks to Bolster's bipartisan standing of Jan 6 panel with potential addition of republican Adam Kinzinger.   Former President Donald Trump will hold a rally in Arizona and plans to prop up recent audit.  According to the Washington Post, Trump's PAC raised $75 million this year amid claims that the election was stolen.
