Frustrations are mounting as vaccinations stall and hospitalizations spike. A report says Iowa warns that thousands of vaccines may have to be tossed. Governors are frustrated over stalling vaccinations as more than a third of United States counties have a high transmission.  Alabama covid cases have doubled in a week. The Alabama governor GOP governor says that "it's time to start blaming the unvaccinated folks... [they're] letting us down." The pace of Americans becoming fully vaccinated hits a new low.  New Capitol Police Chief says that "courage" is on display when speaking about Jan 6 committee.
