David Stoddard Served in the U.S. Army 1966-through 1968. He joined the U.S. Border Patrol in 1969 and served in California, Texas, Arizona, Florida. Puerto Rico for 27 years until his retirement in 1996. He testified before two Congressional Committees about illegal immigration and served as advisor to Pat Bucannon and Tom Tancredo.
