Lost Package... What Would LL Do?

The dreaded lost package... If you're in the e-commerce game long enough this will inevitably happen to you.  The post office will lose a package.  Luckily, for me it doesn't happen that often.  But when it does and depending on how you handle it, you could have a customer service nightmare on your hands. Today I want to talk about how I handle lost package issues so it could help you if it happens.
