This is a Guerilla Traffic Cast, it is the raw, unedited, unscripted, and unfiltered meanderings of a man stuck behind the wheel. I believe leadership begins with yourself and that leads into the leading of your family. There is much discussion about leading teams, of groups from a place of designated leadership. The reality is that leading your own family is not only more important, but usually much more difficult. Your family will not follow you because you out rank them, get paid more than they do, wear a different color hardhat, or have a corner office. They will not laugh at your crappy jokes or buy your BS. Your family knows you better than you know yourself in most cases. This means that you really need to LEAD. No excuses, they need YOU.
