In this episode, I'm joined by my good friend and previous guest Joseph Cartwright owner of Reimagine Men DFW. Joseph shares his experience of life without social media. Several months ago Joseph cut social media from his life and has survived to tell the tale. He shares the positives and the negatives of severing these ties.
