About Andre Halaw Andre is a Zen Buddhist monk in the Five Mountain Zen Order and the guiding teacher of the Original Mind Zen Sangha. In 2016, he received Transmission of the Dharma from his teacher, Zen Master Wonji Dharma. Andre writes a Zen Buddhist blog, originalmindzen.blogspot.com. He is married, has two young children, and teaches high school English in New Jersey. He also plays guitar and writes the occasional novel.
