Liz Priestley BIO: Eager to fight her way into the world from the very beginning, Liz Priestley was born several months before she was due, in the great city of Philadelphia. She was adopted into the Priestley family at a young age and grew up with her five sisters in the suburb of Abington, where her father George worked as a lawyer and her mother, Linda served as his office manager. The girls were all encouraged to study musical instruments and old Hollywood musicals of the 1950s and 60s, and thus, Liz's love of performing was born. This contintued through her education at Philadelphia Montgomery Christian Academy, where she starred in every single play or musical that she was elligible to participate in. In fact, Liz won a scholarship to study classical opera, where Liz's skills flourished immensely and she considered a career in opera upon graduation. While her parents pushed for her to continue on a path to music, Liz couldn't shake the 'acting bug' she had since the age of seven, and instead studied Musical Theatre at the prestigious Ithaca College, in order to move to New York to secretly pursue a career as an actor instead. Indeed, Liz's acting career began with a bang, as she was cast in multiple plays and commercials, before landing her first movie role in Concrete Cowboys, starring opposite Idris Elba and Caleb Mcgloughlin in her debut. Liz is continuing her film pursuits as well as completing her first web series that she has written. She is signed with Georgeanne Bruzzese of CPM Talent Management.
