Putting Employees First with Paul ter Wal

On this episode of =Experience by Design, we welcome Paul ter Wal of the consulting group Team ANDARE. Paul started out as an attorney, but found his larger calling in helping companies make cultures driven by purpose. We discuss his professional journey to becoming an advocate for stakeholder models, using positive psychology to bring about change, starting small to achieve big things, and well-being in the workplace.
