ELI5 Surnames - why Green, Brown and Black are popular surnames but Blue, Orange and Red are not?

Why do some colors make for popular surnames (like Green, Brown, Black), but others don't (like Blue, Orange, Red)? Why are there so few Korean surnames? What is the queen's last name?   ...
