[include file=get-in-itunes.html]Once again we had another fun talk answering tons of listener questions to the best of our ability. We got to talk about why coffee enemas are so healing to the body. I know you might think this is a gross and disgusting subject but I encourage you to open your mind about them. People use them to cure themselves of cancer. It's quite amazing. I think the reason why we're so grossed out by such topics is because our culture conditions us to think that certain things are disgusting. Going to the bathroom, giving birth, having sex are all a part of being human. Recently Kate and I have made it our goal to do 1 of these coffee enemas per week. They help to clean the colon (to a smaller degree) but more importantly they clean and help to detoxify the #1 most important organ in your body. As a result you have better skin, shiny hair, stronger nails and a healthy liver. The liver is the only organ that will regrow itself if a significant portion of it is cut off from the body. Perhaps this is God's way of letting us know this organ is THE most important organ we have. We also talked a little bit about this new phenomenon called Bulletproof Coffee. I've heard about it a lot lately. I thought I'd ask Atom Bergstrom about it since he talks a lot about the cobalamin tonic (organic coffee, maple syrup and raw cacao) and how it helps to raise vitamin B-12 in the body along with many other health benefits. We also had a wonderful email from a listener giving us instructions for how to do coffee enemas along with sweating in our sauna for maximum detoxification affects. Her name was Suzen Chan and here's her website. We also talked about a wonderful meeting we had with the Raw Brahs, Sean Stevenson as well as Larry & Oksana from Be Well Buzz. We really had a great time hanging out with those guys because they're all doing such great work. We really love it when people are doing everything they can to help empower other people when it comes to their health. I feel like we live in such a disempowering world and giving power back to the people is really where it's at. Whatever level of health we are currently experiencing is a result of our own choices and attitudes. Stella wrote in and asked us how we liked the Colorectal Recovery Program offered by Konstantin Monastrysky. I'm so glad she asked because Kate and I have been on it for about a month now and we REALLY like it. It's a series of supplements divided into a morning and evening pack. Then you have L-glutamine along with vitamin C taken during the day. I really feel like it's helping with my digestion and elimination a lot. Every now and then I think it's important to give your digestive tract a good kick in the pants and this is definitely a good program for helping to achieve that. Another caller and listener mentioned a product for beating her Candida and Yeast Infect...
