Judge Rejects Manhattan DA’s Request for Temporary Restraining Order Against Jim Jordan | Facts Matter
Facts Matter - A podcast by The Epoch Times

Two days ago, Manhattan Attorney General Alvin Bragg filed an urgent request to enter a restraining order against Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio). But on the same day that he filed this request, the court rejected it. This is because, on Feb. 7, a Manhattan prosecutor named Mark Pomerantz published a book titled: “People vs. Donald Trump.” In that book, he detailed both his investigation into the Trump Organization as well as the decision of the Manhattan district attorney to not indict Trump. This former Manhattan prosecutor had inside knowledge about the inner workings of the Manhattan DA’s office in regard to the Trump investigation. Pomerantz was one of the lead researchers in the case, as well as a critic of the DA for not getting the indictment. And so, on April 6, the current chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan, issued an official subpoena to Mark Pomerantz ordering him to come to Washington and testify before Congress. ⭕️ Sign up for our NEWSLETTER and stay in touch 👉 https://ept.ms/3wWdBwe ⭕️ Support our fight for the truth
