Faith in Parents #55 | Talking to the Expert: Marty Machowski

Ed Drew has a chat with Marty Machowski, the expert on how to disciple your kids and host good family Bible times. We have been thinking on the podcast recently about how we can rely on, Jesus, God with us in the mess and chaos of lockdown and doing homeschool. How to keep this message strong within our families is often a struggle, if ever it's been tricky, it certainly is in lockdown. We hear some stories, advice and encouragement from Marty. He shares this gem - "The bottom line is that you can't do parenting alone. That's the Bible's message. The Lord is offering to help you. When I find that parents are most discouraged, I find parents who have forgotten that the Lord wants to partner with them. I'll ask them, "Have you tried everything?"  They say, "Yes, I've tried everything."
