During an interview on Joe Rogan's podcast this week, comedian Jim Gaffigan was forced to dismantle Joe Rogan's conspiracy theories about the Capitol Riot when Rogan claimed that it "is a fact" that the federal government had plants that provoked people into attacking the Capitol.
