Welcome to Dad Club

Fatherhood - A podcast by Fairly Media

After a stroll in the wilderness Fatherhood is back! And though of course we're in isolation, we wanted to reach out a digital hand to connect with fathers and families. Dads - drawers full of batteries, awkward jokes and bad dancing, who are these grumpy knitwearers? The podcast helps dads connect emotionally to the experience of fatherhood, and challenge some stereotypes along the way - with interviews and stories exploring modern masculinity, parental roles and the impact of the fatherhood in all our lives. Join father of two and audio producer Robin Leeburn as we relaunch the show by going back to the start with a 'Welcome to Dad Club'. In this episode leading UK poets Richard Price (https://www.hydrohotel.net) and Luke Wright (https://www.lukewright.co.uk) read their own work, alongside the thoughts and recollections of a bunch of dads we met along the way. Hear emotional stories of fatherhood backed by a soundscape mixed by the presenter and good pal and DJ Keir Livock.
