The tax courts just ruled  ... If you have an LLC inside of your IRA and you’re using it to write checks to take possession of precious metals or doing real estate deals — it’s all disqualified now!  People have been lied to and now they’re getting penalized. You gotta do the research.  If you’re trying to do something to circumvent the system you’re going to get clobbered.
