A professional investor kills almost all deals he sees. Why? Because most deals are terrible before they even start.  Inexperience, cons, dumb ideas, lack of a professional team etc. etc. Today I talk about a deal I saw this week that I killed for all sorts of reasons, 30% returns in 6 months, going global, secret broker sauce, basic Ponzi mumbo jumbo.  Everyone's chasing yield in this stagflation environment.  Remember, it's never about return on your capital, it's about return OF capital.
