For our winter instalment of After Dark, we took over Revolut HQ to bring you 'A Fintech Christmas Carol' - an exploration of the past, present and future of financial services.

Getting us into the spirit of giving, we were first joined by Lauren Murray, Humanitarian Child Protection Advisor from Save the Children who are working to repair 11 schools that were destroyed by a devastating cyclone in Mozambique.

Kicking off the fintech fun, David Brear took to the stage as our narrator for the evening and was joined by a panel of three scrooges :

  • Richard Davies - COO at Revolut
  • Scott Abrahams - SVP of Business Development & Fintech at MasterCard
  • Megan Caywood - Head of Digital Strategy at Barclays

Joining them on stage and taking up hosting duties, David and guests were also visited by
Simon Taylor, the Ghost of Christmas Past (04:53), Sarah Kocianski, the Ghost of Christmas Present (20:30), and Jason Bates, the Ghost of Christmas Future (36:25) and together they took a festive journey through the landscape of financial services.

All this and so much more on today's very special After Dark episode of Fintech Insider!
