Digesting what the Fed said

As expected, the US Federal Reserve yesterday implemented a king-size rate hike  of .75%. The European Central Bank is following suit with a queen-size .25% increase. US stocks rallied after the Fed's move. Is that confirmation that the Fed is now serious about tackling soaring prices? CNN's Christine Romans joins the show to discuss.
