Ukraine begins withdrawal from Severodonetsk

Ukrainian forces are withdrawing from the key city of Severodonetsk, effectively ceding the city to Russia and putting the eastern Ukrainian region of Luhansk almost fully under Russian control following months of grueling and bloody fighting.
