How to combat anxiety

I don’t usually experience anxiety but one morning last week I was thinking about my day ahead as I was waking and I could start to slowly feel my chest tighten. 😧My thoughts were causing this brief episode of a panic attack...As I became aware of these feelings and the thoughts that were associated to this attack I began to focus my attention to my breath and prayers.🙏🏼I had to shift my thinking from the cause to positive thoughts...Through my morning prayers, reflection and gratitude with movement. It helped me to come back to a relaxed controlled breathing and heart rate.❤️I no longer was experiencing anxiety but instead calmness and peace.The power of 🔥breath🔥meditation🔥 movement can shift/ reframe your thoughts and feelings of 🌪anxiety, 🌪fear, 🌪stress 🌪worry to a happy 😊 and relaxed state of mind + body.✨It is very important to recognize and become aware of the thoughts that trigger negative energy.Know the tools ⚙️ to use when those moments arise to help keep or return you back to a happy and safe space.Know thyself is powerful...✨I knew immediately what I had to do to free myself from my anxiety...🌪connect with my breath, meditate and move my body!🔥These are my go to tools ⚙️ that work for me.☺️What is a tool or resource you use to combat anxiety?👇🏼
