How to create a morning routine!

Well there’s a few things I think you need to put in place first and that’s asking yourself a few questions - What is your goal? What is it that you want to achieve in your life... relationships, your health, finances, career and happiness? Next, who is the person I need to be in order to attain, reach and achieve that goal? What do I need to eliminate, remove or subtract in my life to attain that goal and step in to the person I need to be? What do I need to implement or add to my life to be the person and achieve those goals? Once you have these questions figured out and written down you will have an insight and understanding to where you are in your life... what’s not serving you right now that you need to let go of and what you need to do or add into your life to better yourself to be the person you need to be to achieve your goals, dreams or desires then you can start to put together a routine that works for you.For me I prefer morning a.m. between the hours of 7-11... that helps me set up myself for my day self-care, self-love, prioritizing the things I need to do to make me strong, ready and successful for my day. So think about what’s the best time for you and of course you need to incorporate a healthy sleep routine meaning you’re getting up every day the same time and going to bed the same time every night to get your body acclimated. It will make starting your morning routine easier for you to get up the same time in the morning. This will set you up for a fantastic and awesome day so you can achieve your goals!
