We have Iris (Kate Winslet) suffering from a case of unrequited love, and Amanda (Cameron Diaz) trying to power through a new breakup. With a need to escape for the Christmas holiday, they take the plunge and make a decision to house swap, with Iris ending up in LA, and Amanda in The Cotswolds. Soon both women stumble into a new found hope for romance as they embrace new love interests. But can they move on from their past relationships? Will it survive the distance? Is it all to complicated?
